A Few Days of Food

Monday night I made sweet potato fries for the first time! I think I cut them too thin and cooked them too long.. but I seasoned them with chili powder and cinnamon like I saw on Laura's blog.. and they weren't terribly bad! I'll definitely try again. We had Boca burgers too.

Wednesday night we ate at Arpeggio, an Italian place with good vegan options. I had the falafel salad, it was good!
And I just made these for work tomorrow. Cinnamon rolls! I got the recipe here.

Sorry for the short entry, but we're watching a movie called "Melinda and Melinda" now.

Ooh, those cinnamon rolls sure look tempting! When I make sweet potato fries I usually slice them thicker since I bake instead of deep-frying, ya know? But I love them so much I'll even take them a little bit mushy! That falafel salad looks good.

When I make sweet potato fries, I like to make the ones in Vegan With a Vengeance (they have chili powder, cumin, and corriander) but I think Laura's addition of cinnamon would be great.

You're really on a cinnamon kick lately. Those rolls look delish! I could eat the whole pan right now. I wish I didn't have such a horrid sweet tooth.

Falafel!

Cinnamon rolls!

(Even, "Melinda and Melinda!")
(I haven't been a huge Woody Allen fan in the past, but I did really enjoy that one!)

P.S. I'm back posting -- couldn't stay away as long as I had originally planned! :)
