My First Tofu Scramble

This morning I cooked breakfast for the fam! My first tofu scramble ever.. I got the basic gist of it from VWaV. It's got onions, green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli, carrots and squash. It's on top of some bread that I made a few weeks ago.. and I cut up some apples and pineapple too. Good deal!

Oooooh, Tania. Looks SO good!! Way to go on your first tofu scramble. I hope everyone liked it. I sure would! Nice with all those veggies on top of the toasty bread you made. Lovely fruit, too. Can i pop over next time you create a masterpiece such as this!?

Cool! I love tofu scramble- I hope you and your family did too. I love hearty breakfasts, especially if there's a bit of fruit involved.
