We had some bananas that were getting old, so I decided to make breakfast for the week. Banana-pecan pancakes from Vegan with a Vengeance. Here they are cooking up:
In the end.. it made way more than "9 small pancakes" like the recipe said. I got 21.. and they're small! Oh well.. into the freezer and I have breakfast for 10 days!

pancakes in the freezer is a great idea! So much more healthy and moneywise than "Eggos"
