Tiramisu Cupcakes!
Tonight me and Christine made the Tiramisu cupcakes from VCTOtW! We're taking them to work tomorrow. I didn't have any chocolate-covered coffee beans so.. a chunk of chocolate goes on top.. I don't think there will be any complaints.
I've had this book since it first came out.. but these are my first fancy cupcakes. I'm excited!

Oh, yum.... those I have not tried. No complaints about a chunk of chocolate on top, that's for sure!

I was lucky enough to try these last week, and they are, without a question, da bomb.
Those look delicious! Good luck in your new apartment -- I can't imagine cooking or baking in a communal dorm kitchen, especially with all those dirty dishes!
