I'm Home!

Finally home! This morning Christine (sister) and I made french toast for Mother's Day! Most of it was in the "regular" egg/milk mixture, but I made a vanilla Rice Dream/flour mixture to dip mine in.

I had it with some Smart Balance Light, cinnamon/sugared walnuts and almonds, maple syrup and some fresh berries! Mom was happy. Wooo. Hopefully, I will be making more things shortly!

Awesome french toast and a wonderful presentation for mothers day. I'd be happy to with a dish like that! So your first year of college is over, wow what an accomplishment.
