Blogiversary!
This week marks my 1-year veganniversary and blogiversary! Yep, I've been blogging it since the very beginning.. I feel like I've come a long way! Lots of reading and learning, and I think I've been making better food.
On to foods.. this isn't much for the big event, but the other day I made this hummus tortilla pizza.
And these are Garrick's chocolate chip cookies from the PPK forums. I like this recipe a lot.

Holy popcorn, you've been busy! Congrats on the blogaversary, and veganaversary! I was trying to think of when I last ate meat the other day, to see how long I've been a veggie . . . I can't quite remember exactly, but I think it's been about a year and a half. Woo-ee!
