I used it in soup tonight!
Oh! I went home yesterday to do some laundry.. and while I was there I swiped the juicer that wasn't getting any use. This has carrots, a beet and half an apple.
Thennnn I used some of a cucumber from Mom's garden, Tofutti cream cheese and some tomato slices on a mini bagel for lunch tomorrow!
Now I'm watching Little Miss Sunshine.. not bad so far, but it's only been 10 minutes.
Oh man, there's no baking in this post...

Try the raw zucchini dip from RAWvolution. It's amazing--and takes about 5 mins to make. Cute photo. Looks like the zucchini is in a horror film.
That juice looks SO good!
We just got a ginormous zucchini from the farmer's market, that we stuffed with couscous... will try to post the recipe this week!
Oh, Syracuse is "ONLY" 4 hours away from Philly- you should come for the next SVS dinner and stay with me!
hmm.. I left a comment here yesterday, yet it doesn't seem to be here. in any event, I basically said, "haha, that's quite a large zucchini you've got there! I love making baked stuffed zucchini with brown rice, onions, veggie 'meat' crumbles, and tomatoes. I believe there is a similar, specific recipe for it in VwaV."
no baking? hmmm..how unlike you.
I loved little miss sunshine!
Zuchini roasted on the bbq with olive oil, salt and pepper is perfection!
Great face, love the photo!! LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE!!! That is a great movie, tho the ending was a little um, odd...
