Dori's No-Bake Cookies

Well I was bored this morning so I decided to make these No-Bake Cookies from Dori's blog. I only made 1/4 of the recipe hehe, and I didn't have any soymilk so I just used water.. and I topped them with some walnuts. They came out awesomely, I'm definitely making more! Woot. Well, off to class!

Thanks for not killing me with this post Tania.

Tania, yes I made those before. I added cocoa powder to them. You could probably go all out with any nuts, seeds, nutbutters, dried fruit, cinnamon, etc.

As for the cranberry bark, oops, I was wrong, it's not called bark, they were the cranberry "mounds". And I was wrong again, there is a 5th ingredient... vanilla.

Oh thanks Leslie. I definitely want to make those cranberry mounds hehe.

Haha Megan you should make these.. they're easy and awesome.. two of the best adjectives every when it comes to (not) baking! And no-bake is great for me because I wake up too early, before they let people use the kitchen.
